2 c. cherry tomatoes 1⁄2 lb. bite-size mozzarella cheese balls, drained 1 cucumber, peeled, halved lengthwise and sliced into half-moons 2 6-oz. jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained 6-oz. can black olives, drained 6-oz. pkg. turkey pepperoni slices 1 c. Italian salad dressing Optional: chopped fresh oregano, parsley and/or other herbs
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; toss gently. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to blend. Makes 6 servings.
