1 lb. lean ground beef 1 onion, minced 1 t. salt 1 T. garlic powder 1 T. sugar 3 T. mustard 1 T. cider vinegar 2 c. beef broth 8 hamburger buns, split Garnish: favorite condiments
With your hands, crumble beef into a slow cooker. In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients except buns and condiments; pour over beef. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours. Serve with a slotted spoon, or strain through a fine mesh colander. Garnish as desired. Makes 8 sandwiches.
