1-1/2 c. biscuit baking mix 2 egg whites, beaten 1/2 c. milk 1 T. dried, minced onion 1 T. sugar 1-1/2 t. garlic powder 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
In a bowl, combine all ingredients except Parmesan cheese. Stir until dough forms. Spray a 2-1/2 to 3-quart slow cooker generously with non-stick vegetable spray. Spoon dough into slow cooker; sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook on high setting for one to 1-1/4 hours. Cut into wedges to serve. Makes one loaf.
