2-1/2 lbs. potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/8-inch thick 1-1/2 c. whipping cream 1 c. whole milk 1-1/2 t. salt pepper to taste 1 lb. cooked ham, diced 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Place potato slices in a bowl; set aside. Combine cream, milk, and salt in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave for 2 minutes, or until warm; season with pepper. Pour warm cream mixture over potatoes; mix well. Add ham. Spoon into a greased 12"x9" baking pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for one hour, or until potatoes are fork-tender. Makes 6 servings.
