4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed 1 green pepper, cut into 2-inch squares 1 sweet onion, cut into wedges 1 red pepper, cut into 2-inch squares 1 c. favorite low-sodium barbecue sauce 6 skewers
Thread chicken, green pepper, onion and red pepper pieces alternately onto skewers. Place kabobs on a lightly oiled grill pan over medium heat. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, turning and brushing frequently with barbecue sauce, until chicken juices run clear and vegetables are tender. Serves 6.
