If you are a busy mom or career woman like me, you need this cookbook. All the recipes are down to earth, no weird ingredients that you can't find at the store. Everything is simple and easy to prepare, so easy even children could do it.

This is the second cookbook I have purchase from Gooseberry Patch and I love it as much as the first one. It's quick and easy to put a meal on the table using these recipes.
