So many of us are juggling families, homekeeping, jobs, businesses and extra curricular activites that we sometimes fall short on time. Quick & Easy Autumn lets you enjoy the flavors of fall without all the fuss of complicated ingredients. I think that's what I love most about this book. Most of the recipes require only 8 ingredients or less and can be prepared in or under 30 minutes. Who doesn't love that? There are lots of recipes in here that can be made year-round. In addition, this book has a lot of wonderful little stories, cooking suggestions, and adorable illustrations.
