My 3 year old son received this cookbook from Grandma and Grandpa for his birthday and it quickly became a favorite. He enjoys choosing a dish to prepare and is excited to be able to participate is preparing his meal. The recipes incorporate a little of everything and give us a variety of things to cook. This is a must have to any family that has children who love to cook!

I recently purchased this for my Grandkids, aged 9 & 13 that live across the country. When they visited last summer, they loved cooking with me in the kitchen. One of my favorite "fun" cooking ideas is when you make art out of food. They can make fun and nutritious foods with this Gooseberry Patch book. I love the illustrations!
