Loved the soup recipe made with cream of celery soup, chicken broth, potatoes, carrots. I did it in my crock pot and made some home made noodles with it. My family loved it my dad wants me to try making it with beef broth. He really enjoyed it. Thank you for the book looking foward to the next one

I cannot tell you how delighted I am with all the Gooseberry Patch cookbooks I have downloaded to my Kindle. This one is no exception. Gooseberry Patch recipes are great as we all know they have been tried and tested time and again. Thanks for this special Christmas gift.

Loved this Cookbook! Such a "yummy read", I sat and read it from cover to cover! I'm not waiting till Christmas to try some of the new recipes. I also highly recommend,"Fancy Pants Chicken", which is on page 136, a recipe that I submitted to Gooseberry Patch. I am so excited to now be "published"! I shared this book with my friend (she'd never seen a Gooseberry Patch cook book before!) She LOVED the homespun tips and hints at the bottom of each page! Guess what she's getting for Christmas?! As with any Gooseberry Patch cookbook, you will love this one, too!

Thanks Gooseberry for another festive Christmas book. It is filled with delicious breakfast dishes and many holiday treats...I can't wait to get started!!!
