It was very hard to pick a favorite GP cookbook to write about-I have 37 of them! But Blue Plate Specials is one that I can pick up and almost every recipe has items that I have in my kitchen on hand. It's not that the others have fancy items, because they don't, but this one is just super simple to cook out of. I think Gooseberry Patch cookbooks are the best of any others--but my shelves are getting full!!!:):):) Thank you so much for making wonderful, useable cookbooks that are down to earth and use common ingredients! |
