The thing that pushed Best-Ever Cookies to the top of my favorites list is the baking tips included on every page. I've always been a fan of Gooseberry Patch tips scattered throughout their cookbooks, but in Best-Ever Cookies, the tips are concentrated on cookie baking and answer questions that you didn't even know you had. I strongly suggest that you read through all of the tips before attempting your next batch of cookies. You're bound to find a tip that will improve your baking! One thing I love about this book is that it caters to everybody. I don’t think there is a person out there who couldn’t find a bunch of yummy recipes in this book. Seriously, they have your cookie needs covered in this book. I was pleasantly surprised with the selection of gluten free recipes too. I have recived my book and have tried several recipes and they are all wonderful. I plan to purchase a copy or two for my 4-H award gift for top winners in our county fair. I know the winners will love it as much as I do.

I just received my copy yesterday and have already made the Amish Buttermilk Cookies. They are AWESOME (and only 3 Weight Watchers Points Plus too!). There are at least three dozen recipes that are new to me and sound wonderful! I'm making the Orange Drop Cookies later today.
