We always have lots of ground beef in the freezer and I get tired of preparing it the same way. I picked up this cookbook and have been delighted with all of the easy, delicious recipes and new meal ideas. Thanks!

I received this book as a gift and I love it. Small in size but full of easy to make recipes that all contain ground beef. Soups, casseroles and sandwiches, all easy dinners!
