As with all of Gooseberry Patch cookbooks, this book is full of great recipes. Who knew you could cook so many things in a cast iron skillet!!!!

Our Best Cast-Iron Cooking has become my new favorite cookbook! There are many recipes that I have bookmarked that I want to try soon. Lemony Blackberry Crisp is first up!
