16-oz. pkg. coleslaw mix 2 c. Braeburn apples, peeled, cored and chopped 1 c. Bartlett pears, peeled, cored and chopped 1⁄2 c. raisins 3 T. chopped walnuts 1⁄2 c. mayonnaise 1⁄2 c. buttermilk 1 t. lemon zest 2 T. lemon juice 1⁄4 t. salt 1⁄8 t. pepper
Combine coleslaw, apples, pears, raisins and walnuts in a large bowl; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well with a whisk. Drizzle mayonnaise mixture over coleslaw mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. Makes 10 servings.
