1-1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 egg, beaten 1 c. fresh bread crumbs 1/2 c. milk 3 T. red steak sauce 1-1/4 t. salt 1/8 t. pepper Garnish: additional steak sauce
Combine all ingredients thoroughly; place in a lightly greased 9"x5" loaf pan. Turn out of pan, wrap well and freeze, or bake at 350 degrees for one hour, brushing top with additional sauce. Let meatloaf stand for 5 minutes before slicing. Serves 6 to 8.
Heat & Eat Instructions:
Unwrap meatloaf; place in loaf pan as above, cover and thaw overnight in refrigerator. Follow baking instructions above.
