6 new redskin potatoes, quartered 1 onion, quartered 1/2 c. green pepper, diced 2 t. olive oil 1/2 c. chicken broth 1 T. soy sauce 3/4 lb. Kielbasa sausage, sliced 1/2-inch thick
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook potatoes, onion and green
pepper in oil until potatoes are golden. Add broth and soy sauce; cover
and cook until potatoes and vegetables are fork-tender. Add sausage;
cook until heated through and liquid is reduced. Serves 2.
