8 slices bacon 1 onion, chopped 1-1/2 c. mashed potatoes 10-3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup 2 c. milk 1/2 t. salt
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook bacon until crisp. Remove bacon and set aside, reserving drippings. Sauté onion in drippings; drain. Combine remaining ingredients in a large saucepan. Crumble in bacon; stir in onion. Simmer until heated through. Serves 4.
