10-3/4 oz. can cream of celery soup 10-3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup 10-3/4 oz. can tomato soup 2 c. whole milk 2 c. whipping cream or half-and-half Optional: 1/2 c. sherry 1 t. salt 2 t. pepper 1 T. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 to 1 t. hot pepper sauce, to taste 1/4 t. smoked paprika 2 6-oz. cans lump crabmeat, drained and checked for shells
In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients except crabmeat. Cook over medium heat until heated through, stirring often. Add crabmeat; heat through. Makes 8 servings.
