5 to 6-lb. turkey breast 1/4 c. water 1/4 c. cream cheese, softened 2 T. butter, softened 1 T. soy sauce 1 green onion, finely chopped 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 1 T. fresh parsley, minced 1/2 t. dried basil 1/2 t. dried thyme 1/2 t. poultry seasoning 1/4 t. pepper
Place turkey breast-side up in a large slow cooker; add water. Blend together remaining ingredients in a small bowl; spread over outside of turkey. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours, or on high setting for 4 to 6 hours. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
