1 meaty ham hock or ham bone 16-oz pkg. dried white beans, rinsed 3 to 3-1/2 c. water 1/3 c. molasses 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed 1 onion, finely chopped 1 T. mustard 1/2 t. salt
Place all ingredients in a slow cooker in order given; stir gently. Cover and cook on high setting for 7 to 8 hours, until beans are tender. Remove ham bone; cool. Cut ham from bone and stir into beans; discard bone. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
