12 corn tortillas, torn 16-oz. can green chili sauce 16-oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided 6 eggs Garnish: sour cream, lettuce, shredded and tomato, chopped
Layer tortillas, chili sauce and 3/4 of cheese into an ungreased 13"x9" baking dish. Break eggs over top, spacing evenly. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Slice into squares and garnish with sour cream, lettuce and tomato. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
