1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. pineapple juice 1/4 c. lemon juice 1/8 t. salt 1/4 c. celery, diced 1/2 c. mini marshmallows 1/2 c. seedless red grapes, halved 1/4 c. diced pears, drained 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained 2 apples, cored and diced 1/4 c. chopped walnuts 1/4 c. chopped pecans 1-1/3 c. whipping cream
Combine sugar, juices and salt in a large saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until thickened. Remove from heat; let cool completely. Stir in celery, marshmallows, fruit and nuts. In a chilled bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed, whip cream until soft peaks form; fold into fruit mixture. Spoon into an ungreased 8"x8" baking pan; freeze. Remove from freezer 5 minutes before serving. Cut into squares to serve. Serves 9.
