1 c. long-cooking oats, uncooked 1/4 c. flaked coconut 2 T. sunflower seeds 1/4 c. wheat germ 1/4 t. cinnamon 2 T. honey 1/4 t. vanilla extract 1 T. oil
In a large mixing bowl, place oats, coconut, sunflower seeds,
wheat germ and cinnamon; mix well with fork. In a separate bowl, combine honey, vanilla and oil; blend well. Pour honey mixture
into oat mixture; blend well. Spread on a baking sheet and bake at
350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Let cool then store in an airtight jar. Makes 1-1/2 cups.
