1 c. cooked chicken, diced 10-3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom or celery soup 1 c. celery, diced 1/2 c. onion, diced 1/2 c. chopped cashews 1/4 c. chicken broth salt and pepper to taste 3-oz. can chow mein noodles, divided
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, reserving half of the noodles. Mix lightly and spoon into a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle reserved noodles on top. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Makes 4 servings.
