5-lb. fully cooked bone-in ham 1/3 c. apple juice 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed 1 T. honey 1 T. Dijon mustard
Place ham in a large slow cooker. Mix apple juice, brown sugar, honey and mustard in a small bowl; spread over ham. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 hours, or until heated through. Remove ham to a serving platter. Slice and serve with sauce from slow cooker. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
