1 onion, chopped 1 T. margarine 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 2-10-oz. pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 to 3/4 t. cayenne pepper
In a saucepan over medium heat, sauté onion in margarine. Add cream cheese; stir until melted. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Transfer to a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until bubbly. Serves 6.
