2-1/2 to 3-lb. beef round or shoulder roast 1 c. catsup 12-oz. can beer or nonalcoholic beer 1-1/2 oz. pkg. onion soup mix 8 hamburger buns, split Garnish: bottled barbecue sauce
Place roast in slow cooker; set aside. Mix together catsup, beer and soup mix in a bowl; pour over roast. Cover and cook on low setting for 4 to 4-1/2 hours. Shred roast with 2 forks. Spoon shredded beef onto
buns and serve topped with barbecue sauce. Makes 8 sandwiches.
