3-oz. pkg. cook & serve vanilla pudding mix 1-1/2 c. dairy eggnog 1/4 t. nutmeg 2 c. whipping cream 9-inch pie crust, baked
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine dry pudding mix, eggnog and nutmeg. Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil. Cook and stir one to 2 minutes longer, until fully thickened; remove from heat. In a large deep bowl, beat cream with an electric mixer on high speed until fluffy. Fold whipped cream into pudding mixture; spoon into pie crust. Cover and chill. Makes 8 servings.
