3 c. celery, chopped 1 c. onions, chopped 1 c. catsup 1 c. barbecue sauce 1 c. water 2 T. vinegar 2 T. Worcestershire sauce 2 T. brown sugar, packed 1 t. chili powder 1 t. salt 1 t. pepper 1/2 t. garlic powder 3 to 4-lb. boneless chuck roast 14 to 18 hamburger buns
Combine first 12 ingredients; in a slow cooker; mix well. Add roast;
cover and cook on high setting 6 to 7 hours, or until tender. Remove
roast; shred meat, return to slow cooker and heat through. Serve on
hamburger buns. Makes 14 to 18 servings.
