4 romaine lettuce hearts, halved lengthwise Garnish: roasted sunflower seeds
Feta Cheese Dressing: 4-oz. container crumbled feta cheese 2/3 c. extra virgin olive oil 1/4 c. plain Greek yogurt 1/4 c. fresh dill weed, minced 3 T. lemon juice 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 t. salt 1/4 t. pepper
Prepare Feta Cheese Dressing: whisk together all ingredients in a bowl; set aside. Grill lettuce over medium heat for 4 minutes, or until charred in spots, turning over halfway through. Arrange lettuce on salad plates; drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Serve immediately. Serves 4 to 6.
