1-1/2 c. water
3-oz. pkg. chicken-flavored ramen noodles, uncooked and divided
2 eggs, beaten
2 slices American cheese, chopped
1/3 c. peas

In a saucepan, bring water to a boil over medium heat. Add half of the seasoning packet, reserving the rest for another use. Stir in noodles; cook for 3 minutes. Add eggs, stirring quickly for 2 minutes to break them up. Add cheese and stir in well. Remove from heat; mix in peas. Serve in soup bowls. Makes 2 to 3 servings.
