1/4 c. cream cheese, softened 8-oz. pkg. mascarpone cheese, softened 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed 1-1/2 T. molasses 1/2 t. cinnamon 1/2 t. ground ginger 1/8 t. ground cloves 1/8 t. nutmeg Optional: small amount whipping cream or milk cookies or graham crackers
In a bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer on low to medium speed until smooth. Add mascarpone cheese; beat together until soft peaks form. Add brown sugar, molasses and spices; beat together until all ingredients are combined and mixture is fluffy. If dip is too thick, beat in a small amount of cream or milk to desired consistency. Transfer dip to a serving bowl; cover and refrigerate for several hours. Serve with cookies or graham crackers.
