16-oz. pkg. chopped dates 16-oz. pkg. mini marshmallows 1 c. chopped nuts 16-oz. pkg. graham crackers, finely crushed and divided 1 pt. light cream
Mix dates, marshmallows and nuts in a large bowl. Stir in cream and graham cracker crumbs, reserving one cup crumbs. Mix well and shape into a 12-inch loaf or roll. Sprinkle reserved crumbs on a sheet of wax paper; roll loaf in crumbs. Refrigerate for several hours; slice into 1/2-inch thick pieces and serve. Makes about 2 dozen.
