4 c. bite-size crispy rice cereal squares 2 c. pretzel sticks, coarsely broken 1 c. cashews or peanuts, coarsely chopped 8-oz. pkg. white chocolate candy coating, chopped 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
In a large bowl, combine cereal, pretzels and nuts; toss to mix and set aside. Place candy coating in a microwave-safe 4-cup measuring cup. Microwave on high for 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted and smooth. Pour over cereal mixture; stir until well coated. Press mixture into a greased 13"x9" baking pan; set aside to cool slightly. In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate chips on high for one minute; stir until smooth. Drizzle chocolate over cereal mixture. Let stand until chocolate is set; break into clusters. Store in an airtight container. Makes about 2 dozen.
