2-lb. pkg. frozen hash browns 2 lbs. ground beef 16-oz. jar salsa 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Cook hash browns according to package directions and place in an ungreased 13"x9" baking dish. In a large skillet, brown ground beef; drain. Pour salsa over beef and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place beef mixture into the middle of the hash browns. Sprinkle cheese over all. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
