16-oz. container sour cream 1 c. ricotta cheese 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese 2 T. Italian seasoning 2 T. garlic salt or powder favorite snack crackers or tortilla chips
In a 3-quart slow cooker, combine all ingredients except snack crackers or tortilla chips. Cover and cook on low setting for 2 hours, or until hot and bubbly. Stir; serve with crackers or chips. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
