1 lb. Kielbasa sausage, cut into 1-inch slices 3 14-1/2 oz. cans diced tomatoes 2 12-oz. pkgs. frozen shoepeg corn 4 potatoes, peeled and diced 1/2 head cabbage, coarsely chopped 1 t. Cajun seasoning or other spicy seasoning salt to taste
Combine Kielbasa, tomatoes with juice and remaining ingredients in a Dutch oven; cover with water. Simmer over medium-high heat until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally, about 30 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
