3-1/2 c. biscuit baking mix
2-1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 t. garlic salt
1/3 c. fresh chives, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1-1/4 c. milk

Combine biscuit mix, cheese, garlic salt and chives in a large bowl; set aside. Beat eggs and milk together in another bowl; stir into cheese mixture until just moistened. Pour into 4 greased and floured 5"x3" loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes; remove from pans. Slice and serve warm. Makes 4 mini loaves.
