3.9 oz. pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix 1-1/2 c. milk 1 t. peppermint extract 16 oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips Garnish: additional whipped topping, chocolate syrup
In a bowl, combine dry pudding mix and milk; whisk for 2 minutes. Chill in refrigerator for 5 minutes, until soft-set. Add extract to whipped topping and stir well. Fold topping and chocolate chips into pudding. Cover and chill until serving time. Garnish individual servings with whipped topping and a drizzle of chocolate syrup. Makes 8.
