3 T. butter 6 eggs, beaten 1-1/2 c. milk 1-1/2 c. all-purpose flour 3/4 t. salt Optional: chopped walnuts, maple syrup
Melt butter in a 13"x9" baking pan placed in a 425-degree oven. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine eggs, milk, flour and salt; beat well. Slowly pour mixture into buttered pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, until top is golden. Cut into squares; serve topped with nuts and syrup, if desired. Serves 5 to 6.
