1 lb. ground beef, browned 15 oz. can corn, drained 15-1/2 oz. can hominy, drained 2 14-1/2 oz. cans diced tomatoes with juice 1-1/4 oz. pkg. taco seasoning mix 1 oz. pkg. ranch dressing mix Garnish: tortilla chips, chopped avocado
Combine all ingredients in a large soup pot; add one cup of water if a thinner soup is preferred. Bring to a simmer until heated through. Garnish with tortilla chips and avocado. Serves 4 to 6.
