10-3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup 10-3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup 7 oz. can diced green chiles, drained 1 c. sour cream 16-6 inch corn tortillas, cut into strips 2 c. cooked turkey, diced and divided 8 oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided Garnish: cilantro leaves and chopped green onions
Combine soups, chiles and sour cream in a mixing bowl; set aside. line bottom on a 13”x9” baking dish with half of tortilla strips. Top with half turkey. Spread half of soup mixture over turkey; sprinkle with half of cheese. Repeat layers. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Garnish with cilantro and green onions. Serves 6 to 8.
