12-inch prebaked Italian pizza crust 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1 lb. sliced deli roast beef 1 onion, thinly sliced 8-oz. pkg. shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese 1 c. lettuce, shredded 1 tomato, thinly sliced
Place pizza crust on an ungreased baking sheet; spread evenly with mayonnaise. Layer roast beef slices evenly over mayonnaise. Top with onion slices; cover with cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 8 minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese is melted. Top with lettuce and tomato; cut into wedges and serve. Makes 4 servings.
