1 c. mayonnaise 1 t. paprika 1 t. seasoned salt 1-1/2 c. dried cranberries and/or raisins 1 c. celery, chopped 1/2 c. green pepper, minced 2 green onions, chopped 1 c. chopped pecans 4 c. cooked turkey, cubed pepper to taste sliced bread or split buns
In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, paprika and seasoned salt. Blend in cranberries or raisins, celery, green pepper, green onions and pecans. Fold in turkey and mix well; season with pepper to taste. Chill
for one hour; spoon onto bread or buns and serve. Serves 12.
