1/3 c. red cinnamon candies 1 c. boiling water 3-oz. pkg. lemon gelatin 1 c. applesauce 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Add cinnamon candies to boiling water; stir to dissolve. Pour candy mixture over lemon gelatin stir to blend, then add applesauce. Spoon applesauce mixture in an 8"x8" pan; chill until firm. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over gelatin; chill again for 2 to 4 hours, or until firm. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
