2 lbs. ground beef 1 onion, chopped 2 28-oz. cans tomato sauce 2 49-oz. cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed 24-oz. jar mild salsa 2 1-1/4 oz. pkgs. chili seasoning mix
Brown ground beef in a large heavy stockpot over medium heat. Add onion and cook until translucent. Drain; stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat; simmer for about
30 minutes, stirring frequently. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
