1-1/4 c. milk, scalded, cooled and strained
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 T. cooking oil
1/4 t. ginger
1/4 t. nutmeg
1/4 t. cloves
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. all-spice
1/2 t. salt
1-1/4 c. canned pumpkin
2 eggs
9" pie crust, unbaked

Combine milk and brown sugar. In a bowl, mix oil, spices and salt with the pumpkin; then add the eggs; then add the milk/brown sugar mixture, mixing thoroughly. Pour mixture into a pie crust and bake 50 to 60 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Check center of pie to make sure it is done.
