8-oz. can refrigerated crescent rolls
8 oz. cooked ham, thinly sliced
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 egg, beaten
1/4 stick butter, melted

Open crescent rolls and place on large baking sheet. Layer ham and cheese in the middle of each crescent. Roll into crescents and pinch together edges to seal. Brush tops with egg and melted butter. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool before serving. Makes 8 sandwiches.
