2 radicchio bunches, torn 1 red leaf lettuce bunch, torn 2 endive bunch, torn 1/2 c. dried cranberries 3 pears, thinly sliced 1/4 c. pecans, chopped 1/4 c. Gorgonzola cheese 1/3 c. pear juice 2 T. vinegar 4 T. oil 1 t. red onion, minced 2 T. lemon juice
In a large mixing bowl, combine radicchio, red leaf lettuce and endive. Toss salad greens with cranberries, pears, pecans and cheese; set aside. Before serving, whisk together pear juice, vinegar, oil, red onion and lemon juice; toss with salad.
