1 c. brown sugar, packed 1/2 c. sugar 1 T. all-purpose flour 2 eggs, beaten 1 T. butter 1/4 t. salt 1-1/4 c. evaporated milk 1 t. vanilla extract 9-inch pie crust
Combine all ingredients except crust; set aside. Place crust in a 9" pie plate; flute edges to form a rim. Pour in filling. Bake at 375 degrees about 45 minutes, or until filling rises, then just starts to fall. Cool slightly before slicing. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
